The People’s Pint in Greenfield, Mass is a “small brewery producing something by hand from beginning to end” Once a year they brew up a very special concoction called Slippery Slope. Head brewer Chris Sellers calls it “a combination of a braggot, a cyser and a beer”. In this video we joined Chris over the course of several days as Slippery Slope is created. From the first barley malt mash to the challenges of transporting 2300 pounds of apple cider to the final steps of hand bottling. Enjoy!
